We are seeking a Pro Shop Attendant  to join our team. The Pro Shop Associate is the first point of contact for many of our members and guests, setting the tone for a premier golf experience from the moment they arrive. You will assist with merchandise sales, tee time management, and day-to-day operations of one of the most well-appointed pro shops in the region. This role is ideal for someone who loves the game of golf, thrives in a hospitality environment, and takes pride in delivering a polished, knowledgeable experience for every person who walks through the door.

Responsibilities
  • Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival and provide knowledgeable assistance with merchandise, apparel, and equipment.

  • Process tee time reservations, check-ins, and payments accurately using the club's point-of-sale and tee sheet management systems.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing pro shop floor and merchandise displays at all times.

  • Assist with receiving, pricing, and stocking pro shop inventory.

  • Answer member and guest inquiries regarding club amenities, events, course conditions, and policies.

  • Support the Golf Professional staff with administrative tasks and special events as needed.

Requirements
  • Prior retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred; golf industry experience a strong plus.

  • Genuine enthusiasm for the game of golf and knowledge of golf equipment, apparel, and terminology.

  • Professional, polished communication skills with a member-first attitude.

  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks during busy periods.
