Job description

Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin, MN, is seeking a full-time (0.75 - 1.0 FTE)  Board Certified/Board Eligible Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join a collegial department. You may expect a busy practice in a physician led, financially stable organization committed to both high quality patient care and patient satisfaction.

 Practice highlights:

  • You will join 3 OB GYN physicians, 2 Nurse Practitioners, 1 Nurse Midwife 
  • 1:5 Call -  comp day after call day
  • Call is supplemented by regional/laborist OB/GYNs and supplemental OB GYNs
  • Approximately 625 births and 230 surgical cases annually 
  • Level 1 well new birth nursery
  • Collaborative relationship with Family Medicine
  • NPs  & CNM supports OB and GYN clinic patients 
  • High risk transferred to Rochester at <34 weeks
               o Level II NICU
