About Bandon Dunes Golf Resort:
Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes' six distinct golf courses. That includes five 18-hole courses, which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States, according to Golf Digest. What You'll Do
  • Be the go-to guide. Book, update, and customize reservations tailored to individual or group needs-lodging, tee times, dining, or adventures.
  • Communicate like a pro. Answer calls and emails with professionalism, warmth, and a genuine desire to help.
  • Anticipate needs. Update guest profiles, follow up with inquiries, and ensure thoughtful handling of every detail.
  • Spread positivity. Collaborate with a dynamic team to foster growth, success, and a little fun.
  • Stay sharp. Keep track of daily tasks and master the art of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be flexible. Volunteer to help with data entry, administrative duties, or operating the multi-line phone system when needed.
What You Bring
  • Hospitality or customer service experience (bonus points if you've worked in a similar role).
  • A warm, friendly attitude with top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
