Arcis Golf is excited to announce we are now seeking a Regional General Manager to support and oversee both The Pinery Country Club and The Club at Pradera, this individual will sit out of the beautiful Pinery Country Club in Parker, Colorado.
The Regional General Manager manages The Pinery Country Club and The Club at Pradera and their overall success through maintaining established cost and quality standards, maximizing profits, developing and retaining employees and exceeding guest expectations.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Works with General Manager's and other leadership preparing annual operating budgets under company guidelines. Ensures that on a monthly basis each facility adheres to budgeting guidelines.
  • Provides direction to the leadership team with the creation of marketing plans, pricing and business strategies.
  • Provides direction and assistance to leadership in the execution of business plans that includes revenue generation, expense management, sales and marketing.
  • Promotes Arcis Golf philosophies throughout the golf course to both employees and guests.
  • Assists General Manager's with Human Resources functions of the property.
  • Protects each property and its assets through enforcing and maintaining a preventative maintenance programs.
  • Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
  • Follows company policies and procedures and is able to effectively communicate them to subordinates.
  • Ensures properties are in compliance with all federal, state and local laws.
  • Completes site visit reports on each property weekly on status of sales, unexpected expenses, course conditions and general operations status that may include deviation from approved business plan.
  • Provide Regional VP with a combination of written and verbal updates on properties and or project status within their region
Education / Experience:
  • Four-year college degree is preferred, but not required and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Special consideration will be given to those who exhibit exemplary performance.
  • 7-10 years property management experience required.
