Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, watering, and fertilizing turf areas to ensure healthy and visually appealing grounds.
  • Inspect and maintain golf course equipment, including mowers, carts, and irrigation systems, ensuring they are in safe and efficient working condition.
  • Conduct minor repairs on course facilities, including benches, signage, pathways, and fencing, to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Assist with seasonal projects such as aeration, overseeding, and landscaping enhancements to improve course quality and playability.
  • Collaborate with the groundskeeping team to monitor course conditions and report any issues or hazards that require attention.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations while handling chemicals, fertilizers, and equipment.
  • Support event setup and teardown as needed, ensuring the course and facilities are prepared for tournaments and special occasions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely and effectively.
