Job description

⛳️ We’re growing!

As we head into our 5th season at THE CLUB, I’m incredibly excited about what we’ve built—and where we’re headed next.

THE CLUB has grown into much more than a place to work out. We have an amazing group of clients who want to move better, get stronger, play better golf and keep doing the things they love for a very long time.

And we’ve created a pretty special environment to help them do it.

From TPI screening, golf fitness, strength, power and speed to neurotraining, vibration, recovery and some of the latest performance and recovery technology, there is always something new to learn, explore and bring to our clients.

But what I’m probably most proud of is our culture.

We’re a small team. We communicate. We learn from each other. We share clients and ideas. We have fun. And we all bring something a little different to the table while working toward the same goal—helping our clients feel and perform their best.

So, as Season 5 approaches, we’re looking to add one more great person to the team.

Maybe you’re a TPI Fitness or Medical professional. Maybe you come from exercise science, kinesiology or performance. Maybe you’re a PGA/LPGA professional who is fascinated by the body-swing connection.

Or maybe you know someone who would be a perfect fit.

This is a part-time, flexible opportunity in North Scottsdale, and finding the right person matters much more to me than simply filling hours.

Take a look at the graphic 👆 and if something about it makes you think, “Hmmm…that sounds like me,” I’d love to talk.

And if it makes you think of someone else, please send it their way! 💙💚⛳️

Job Title:

Golf Fitness Caddie – Future Leader, Trainer, and Potential Owner

Company:

THE CLUB at Fit For Golf! Fit For Life! - North Scottsdale/Troon area, Arizona

THE CLUB is a boutique golf fitness and performance studio designed to help active adults live longer, play stronger, and feel better — on and off the course. Led by Golf Digest’s Top Fitness Trainer in America, Mindi Boysen, THE CLUB combines science-backed training with cutting-edge recovery technology and a deeply connected, private community.

We’re entering our fourth full season and growing fast. This is not a typical “trainer” role — we’re building a movement, and we’re looking for someone who sees themselves not just as a coach, but as a future leader, speaker, and potentially part-owner.

Position Type:

Contractor | Commission-Based Pay

Part-Time (with potential for Full-Time & Long-Term Leadership)

What We’re Looking For:

We’re hiring 1–2 energetic, dependable, and coachable professionals who want to:

  • Learn from an experienced national speaker, author, and performance coach
  • Be mentored in both training and business
  • Work in a culture that values collaboration, not competition
  • Build relationships with high-level clients who invest in their health
  • Potentially buy-in or lead the business one day if the fit is right

Whether you’re a certified golf fitness coach (TPI, NASM, etc.) or an ambitious intern looking for purpose and growth — you’ll be trained, trusted, and given a platform to shine.

What You’ll Do:

– Lead & assist personal and small-group sessions

– Use functional training, assessments, and movement-based coaching

– Operate tools like Shiftwave, PEMF, red light therapy, etc.

– Support a welcoming, clean, high-energy atmosphere

– Build relationships and potentially bring in your own clientele

– Present or co-teach as you grow with the brand

Compensation & Growth Track:

– Commission-based (higher % when you attract/retain clients)

– Holiday bonuses and educational perks

– Mentorship with opportunity to grow into a leadership role

– For the right person: structured opportunity to buy in and share ownership

– Professional development in public speaking, assessments, and biohacking tech

Schedule:

– Flexible (mornings, afternoons, or evenings available)

– Start: AZ golf season October 2026 (with onboarding & training starting late Sept)

Location:

THE CLUB – 10446 East Jomax Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85262

To Apply:

Send your resume and a quick paragraph telling us why you’re ready to lead — and learn. Bonus points if you include your favorite golf swing tip or who’s in your dream foursome.
