With 200+ experts from across the industry PubWorX offers solutions to satisfy the consumer marketing, circulation management, production and paper procurement needs of any publisher - large or small.
Account Manager, Digital Strategic Solutions
The Consumer Marketing group is responsible for audience development and subscription production across PubWorX clients. By leveraging the power of Conde Nast, Hearst and other client brands, we build and engage the audience in order to drive consumer revenue. The Account Manager, Digital Strategic Solutions will work closely with the team lead to execute on the strategies developed to drive consumer revenue. The Account Manager, Strategic Solutions will work independently to service clients and manage vendors to operationalize and maintain consumer marketing promotions.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support the marketing team in executing and launching all digital campaigns
Serve as primary client contact for all digital campaign execution matters
Manage vendor relationship to ensure the accurate execution of campaigns on time and error free
Ensure accurate implementation of all campaigns by building a strong quality assurance process
Improve vendor effectiveness by training, mentoring and encouragement the engagement of team member
Identify and implement solutions that improve speed to market and/or overall team efficiency
Interpret creative/technical specifications of promotions to build out campaigns in online CMS
Provide frequent status updates to clients to communicate dependencies, risks, general updates, etc.
Build and maintain effective communication between internal and external teams
Traffic digital campaigns through ad server
Ongoing administrative support on all marketing campaigns as needed
Required Skills and Experience:
Ability to work as part of team and independently
Strong ability to assess priorities and multi-task
Proven project management experience
Organized, self-directed, flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding attention to detail
Adapt to face-paced environment and take direction from multiple people
Strong communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Effective time management skills
Basic knowledge of HTML
Experience in MS office suite (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
Able to work with data and in online systems quickly and accurately
Interest in the media industry, consumer marketing, and digital strategies are a plus
Bachelor's Degree preferred
