Familiarity with irrigation systems, turf management software, and certifications such as GCSAA are typically required. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills help manage teams and interact with club members effectively. Effective communication and flexibility are essential, as team members must collaborate closely to handle scheduling, customer service, and maintenance needs. Being proactive in learning about turf management, customer relations, and safety procedures can help staff adapt smoothly to the dynamic environment of a golf course.

What is a golf course?

A golf course is a large outdoor area designed for playing the sport of golf.
