Job description

GOLF FOOD AND BEVERAGE ATTENDANT, SEASONAL
The Kenosha County Division of Golf is accepting applications for seasonal Food and Beverage Attendants to work at our two golf courses, Brighton Dale Links and Petrifying Springs. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and hardworking individuals to perform general food and beverage operations duties. Candidates must be passionate about providing exceptional customer service to help provide world class playing and dining experiences for our guests.
2026 Pay Range: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour, plus tips
Hiring Bonus
A Kenosha County seasonal Golf candidate who is successfully hired and employed for at least 30 days shall be awarded a $200.00 bonus to their paycheck.
WORK SCHEDULE
  • Seasonal employees generally work from March through October
  • Start dates will vary depending on weather and golf course conditions
  • Golf clubhouse hours of operation are typically dawn to dusk (6:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. depending on the season)
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Sells, prepares, and serves food and beverages to guests
  • Handles cash and credit card transactions
  • Provides information about food, beverage, and merchandise offered at clubhouse
  • Sets up for special events
  • Stocks inventory
  • Picks up and properly disposes of debris and trash around clubhouse
  • Performs general maintenance duties in and around clubhouse
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS, EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
  • Must be at least 18 years old at time of application
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must possess a valid driver's license at time of hire and maintain during incumbency, with acceptable driving record
  • Tobacco Sales License
