A golf course is a large outdoor area designed for playing the sport of golf. It typically consists of a series of holes, each with a teeing area, fairway, rough, hazards (such as sand bunkers and water), and a green with a flagstick and hole. Golf courses can vary in size and layout but usually have either 9 or 18 holes. They require regular maintenance to keep the grass and landscaping in optimal condition for play. Golf courses may also include practice facilities, clubhouses, and other amenities for players.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills help manage teams and interact with club members effectively. These skills ensure the course remains in top condition for play, meets environmental standards, and delivers a positive experience for golfers.
