Warwick Hills Golf & Country Club is a private country club and golf course that focuses on member dining, golf outings and banquet events. We are looking for server assistants to join our team! The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-service oriented, and works well as part of a team. This is an entry level position requiring little experience, although some experience in a food service or customer service industry is preferred; becoming a server assistant is a great way to gain experience in the world of hospitality, and comes with opportunity for advancement to other positions such as serving or bartending. The position is ideal for students, as we offer flexible scheduling and will work around a school or class schedule.
Salary Range
$13/Hour base wage, plus tip out from automatic service charges
Job Summary
• Clears away dirty dishes, sets tables, and serves as an assistant to a wait staff.
• Sets tables with clean linens, condiments, utensils, or other supplies.
• Wipes tables or seats with dampened cloths or replaces dirty tablecloths.
• Scrapes and stacks dirty dishes and carries dishes and other tableware to kitchen for cleaning.
• Cleans up spilled food or drinks or broken dishes and removes empty bottles and trash.
• Maintains adequate supplies of items, such as clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, or trays.
• Serves ice water, coffee, rolls, or butter to patrons.
• Fills beverage and ice dispensers.
• Stocks cabinets or serving areas with condiments and refills condiment containers.
• Locates items requested by customers.
• Carries food, dishes, trays, or silverware from kitchens or supply departments to serving counters.
• Serves food to customers when wait staff needs assistance.
• Cleans and polishes counters, shelves, or equipment in food service areas or other areas of restaurant, and mops or vacuums floors.
• Setting up for, and resetting after, clubhouse banquets and events
• Putting deliveries away timely and properly
