Responsibilities
  • Accurately take guest food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
  • Package and deliver take-out orders promptly to guest rooms throughout the resort.
  • Assist waitstaff by cleaning tables, booths, and floors to maintain a tidy and efficient dining environment.
  • Support servers with food running, beverage refills, and other reasonable service requests.
  • Organize and place silverware, dishes, and glassware in designated areas for washing.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, servers, and the host/hostess to ensure smooth seating, exceptional service, and efficient table flow.

Requirements
  • No previous restaurant experience required-just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Working knowledge of the English language.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as well as reach, bend, and stoop.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 5 hours).
  • Valid NH driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation (company vehicle provided for on-site deliveries).
