Job description


The Oregon Golf Club in West Linn 

is looking for a qualified breakfast/lunch cook: the kitchen is creative and dynamic and promotes an atmosphere that encourages the team members to grow, learn and to lead. We are a scratch cooking kitchen with a great reputation for quality.

We are looking for a full-time cook with a minimum of 2 years’ experience for both breakfast and lunch environments.

 

Ideal Candidate: 

Well organized, Self-motivated-, and a Self-starter 

Experience cooking a wide variety of cuisines with a focus on local product and seasonality

Two or more years’ experience in a busy restaurant setting 

Experience in breakfast cooking, appetizers, salads, action stations, and entrée firing 

 

Requirements:

Good knife skills

Ability to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent personal hygiene

Able to maintain a clean and sanitary environment

Strong attention to detail

Punctual and able to work as needed

Work well in a team atmosphere with a positive attitude

Strong Work ethic

Oregon food handler’s card
