Job description

Job Summary

Pine Trace is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our exceptional team as Starters and Rangers. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and upholding our commitment to excellence. 

Compensation $13.73 per hour

Responsibilities

We welcome and train all experience levels. As a Starter and Ranger, your daily duties will include: 

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all guests. 

  • Manage the guest experience at the tee, including greeting guests, checking tee times and player counts, and directing groups to the correct starting tees. 

  • Monitor and manage the pace of play, accurately recording start, turn, and finish times for golfers. 

  • Perform essential cart staff duties during the spring and fall seasons, such as staging and cleaning golf carts.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for applicants who are: 

  • Friendly and Outgoing: Able to interact positively with guests and staff.

  • Self-Motivated: Proactive in identifying and completing tasks without constant supervision.

  • A Team Player: Willing to collaborate closely with Pro Shop and Cart staff.

  • Detail-Oriented: Able to efficiently handle multiple support tasks in a timely manner.

  • Ability to use a tablet: Basic to intermediate technology knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including morning, afternoon, evening, and some weekend shifts

  • Experience: Prior experience in golf and customer service is preferred

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
