About the Role:
Heritage Hills Golf Course in Claremore, OK is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Pro Shop Attendant to join our team! This is a great opportunity for a golf lover to be at the heart of the action, providing exceptional service to golfers of all skill levels. Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist golfers upon arrival, providing a welcoming and professional experience
  • Process tee time reservations, check-ins, and payments accurately using point-of-sale systems
  • Merchandise and maintain pro shop inventory, including apparel, equipment, and accessories
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding course conditions, rates, and availability
  • Coordinate cart assignments and ensure proper staging and readiness for golfers
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures for the pro shop
  • Support golf outings, tournaments, and special events as needed
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
