Job description

Seasonal - Golf Course Grounds Crew

Do you enjoy working outdoors and taking pride in keeping a golf course looking its best? Join our team as a Grounds Crew Member and help maintain the beauty and playability of the course. Working under the supervision of the Assistant Superintendent, you will operate equipment, assist with daily maintenance tasks, and help keep the course in top condition for our players.

Seasonal positions available - Early August- Late November


What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Operate maintenance equipment such as mowers, blowers, sprayers, and hand tools

  • Assist with course maintenance and upkeep

  • Perform basic equipment care including fueling, cleaning, and inspections

  • Report equipment issues to the Equipment Manager

  • Return and store equipment properly after use

  • Support the maintenance team with additional tasks as needed

What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Ability to safely operate tractors and maintenance equipment

  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

  • Strong work ethic and reliability

  • Comfortable performing physical work outdoors in various weather conditions

Requirements
  • Valid driverโ€™s license

  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks such as walking, lifting, bending, and kneeling
