CDA National Reserve is hiring a Golf Course Greenskeeper! Come and join our Team!

CDA National provides a private living experience in the heart of the Pacific Northwest overlooking the shores of Lake Coeur d'Alene and surrounded by the beauty of a world-class golf course. As an exclusive golf club recognized for its beauty, breadth of amenities, and sense of community, CDA National provides members and their guests with a personal and professionally managed overall experience.


CDA National Reserve is seeking Greenskeepers to help maintain our beautiful golf course for the 2026 season. We train our staff on any job you will be asked to do, so just show up with a positive attitude. We provide a fun team environment and offer staff golf privileges at one of the finest private golf clubs in the Pacific Northwest.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Walk mowing greens and tees.
  • Raking sand bunkers.
  • Hand watering dry areas of the course as necessary.
  • Operate small tools and equipment.
  • Mowing of fairways, roughs, and other areas of the course as required.
  • Replacing or repairing divots with sand, and repairing ball marks on the greens.
  • Setting up the course for daily play.
