Job description

Seeking a Per Diem board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a Providence Anchorage Primary Care team in Anchorage, Alaska. In this role, you will work closely with advanced practice clinicians in a team-based care model that also includes social workers, nurse case management and clinical pharmacists. Behavioral health is embedded in the clinic as well, with a psychiatrist and onsite pharmacy available to patients and to provide support for Primary Care teams.
