Sonny's Place is locally owned. We are committed to providing safe, fun, and entertaining activities for families in our Western New England communities. Since opening in 2008, we have continually invested in expanding our offerings. We started with a driving range and have continued adding more attractions each year. Our most recent additions are the Monkey Mayhem Miniature Golf Course and Bumper Boats! Sonny's Place is named in honor of the owner's father, recognizing how family ties get stronger when kids and adults get the chance to have fun together. We hope that you will continue to enjoy coming to Sonny's Place with friends and family - we will keep doing our best to be your favorite recreation destination.

Position Summary:

The Attractions Operator is responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our different attractions, maintaining cleanliness at work, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires full weekend availability during the months of August, September, and October.

Your Role:

  • Ensuring the facility remains clean and orderly, including maintaining tidy workstations and cleaning restrooms.
  • Following all safety guidelines for each attraction and specific area while operating our attractions. This includes but is not limited to the Arcade, Batting Cages, Carousel, Climbing Walls, Go Karts, Bumper Boats, Laser Tag, Miniature Golf, Monkey Motion, Playland, Soaring Eagle Zip Line, and XD Dark Ride.
  • Maintains reasonable, regular, punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.
  • Adapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs.
