Responsibilities and job tasks that could be required for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Walk mowing
  • Operating power equipment
  • Weed whipping (string trimming)
  • Raking
  • Driving a small utility vehicle
  • Laying sod
  • Raking bunkers by hand or with power equipment
  • Planting and removing flowers/shrubs
  • Back pack blowing
  • Weeding gardens
  • Push rotary mowing
  • Hand watering
  • Equipment cleaning and detailing
  • Edge trimming
  • Edging cart paths and sidewalks
  • Seeding
  • Sod cutting
  • Using small power equipment
  • Mulching

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and will be detail oriented toward all job tasks. Cross training across all job responsibilities is a big part of this position to achieve a well rounded staff capable of providing exceptional service and conditions to all members and guests. This position can be a Full-Time seasonal position, or Part-Time, usually starting around March and normally ending around November depending on the clubs needs. Schedules are very flexible and can be adjusted for high school students, college students, and many other situations.
