Job Summary
The Adjunct Instructor position is responsible for teaching Integrated Arts courses, including courses in the 3D Printing for Art and Industry minor and other cross-disciplinary courses.
Adjunct faculty members are employed to provide specific courses on an as-needed basis. Contracts for adjunct faculty members are issued on a semester or term basis. Adjunct Instructors hold the responsibility for the management of courses taught. Adjunct Instructors are expected to be available for a reasonable amount of time for each course taught to counsel students regarding course work.

Minimum Qualifications
1. Master's degree with 18 graduate hours in an arts field and/or documented commensurate professional experience
2. Applicable experience and interest in interdisciplinary research, teaching, creative pursuits, or industry work that involves arts integration and/or connects to creative processes
3. For 3D Printing applicants: intermediate level mastery of Autodesk Fusion 360 and an understanding of the fundamentals required for effective 3D printing
Preferred Qualifications
1. Terminal degree in an arts or non-arts field
2. Extensive experience and interest in arts integration practices and research
3. Experience teaching or leading in an interdisciplinary capacity
4. Relevant connections and experience in an industry or field beyond education
5. For 3D Printing applicants: Experience in CAD/CAM and operation of 3D Printing equipment
