Job description

Operate and maintain stock on the beverage cart, making rounds throughout the golf course and providing friendly and courteous guest service at all times.
Duties:
  • Report to work dressed in proper attire and on time following proper clock in/out procedure as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Maintain proper level of gas in beverage cart.
  • Keep the beverage cart stocked with products and ice; maintain a count for the end of each day.
  • Keep the beverage cart clean and wiped down for rental use.
  • Be knowledgeable in the operations of Nineteen to assist when needed. These duties include:
    • Daily preparation of salads, sandwiches and other food items.
    • Handling all preparation and opening of the shop including food items, equipment, and cashier responsibilities. Make sure the shop is properly cleaned, closed and secured at closing time. Secures all locks, doors and electrical parts.
    • Maintain complete sanitation of shop.
    • Sell products and always assist patrons in a courteous and efficient manner.
    • Receives and properly maintains a cash bank. Is responsible for using correct cash handling procedures, maintaining accurate sales records, and closing out register at the end of the shift.
    • Performs a daily inventory of food and beverage items. Properly rotates and stocks all food and beverages.
  • Support of and participation in recycling program.
  • All other duties as assigned by the Nineteen Manager.
