Job description

Description This seasonal position with Buffalo Dunes Golf Course plays a vital customer service and operational role and, under the supervision of the Golf Professionals, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clubhouse, ensuring a positive and professional experience for patrons. Duties can include point-of-sale transactions, merchandise sales, food and beverage service, and general clubhouse upkeep. Examples of Duties Provide excellent customer service to all patrons of Buffalo Dunes Golf Course.

Prepare and serve food and beverages to golf course patrons in compliance with established sanitary standards and with attractive presentation. Clean and maintain concession and kitchen area. Assist with purchases of all supplies to include food, beverages, janitorial, safety and sanitary needs.

Serve as cashier for concession area and on occasion, the pro shop. May assist with financial records, inventories, daily cash receipts and daily bank deposits. Performs any other job-related tasks assigned.

Typical Qualifications Previous customer service, retail or food service experience desirable Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle money accurately and operate POS system Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends Experience or interest in golf is a plus.
