Kids Club Attendant
The Club at Tartan Fields - Dublin, Ohio
Position Overview
The Club at Tartan Fields is seeking an energetic, responsible, and engaging Kids Club Attendant to provide a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for our members' children. This role is essential in enhancing the family experience at the Club by delivering high-quality care and interactive programming.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
  • Create a fun, engaging, and inclusive environment through games, crafts, and activities
  • Check children in and out according to Club procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's experience or any concerns
  • Enforce Kids Club policies and safety standards consistently
  • Assist with special events, family programming, and seasonal activities
  • Respond calmly and appropriately to any incidents or emergencies
Qualifications
  • Previous childcare, camp, or youth program experience preferred
  • Friendly, energetic, and patient personality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage groups of children of various ages
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Must be dependable and professional in appearance and conduct
Schedule & Availability
  • Part-time position
