Position Summary
The Premium Golf Cart Driver plays an important role in creating a seamless and elevated experience for premium guests on game day. Drivers provide efficient and professional transportation for guests traveling to and from designated hospitality areas while maintaining the highest standards of safety, service, and guest experience.
Golf Cart Drivers serve as ambassadors for the University of Florida, Hospitality Office and REVELXP and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy game-day environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, safety-conscious, and able to respond quickly to guest transportation needs.
Availability and Opportunities
  • Must be available to work ALL Fall 2026 home football games at Ben Hill Griffin.
  • Drivers are expected to work the full game-day shift, with hours varying based on the game schedule and operational needs.
  • Game-day shifts may begin prior to guest arrival and continue through the conclusion of post-game guest transportation.
  • Additional opportunities may be available for other athletic events, concerts, and special events based on performance and staffing needs.

This position is in Gainesville, FL supporting premium hospitality operations at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.
Key Responsibilities
Primary duties to include, but not limited to:
  • Provide safe, efficient, and courteous golf cart transportation for guests.
  • Follow all policies and procedures set in place by REVELXP and the University of Florida.
  • Serve as a friendly and professional ambassador for the Hospitality Office, REVELXP, and the University of Florida.
  • Transport guests between designated parking, arrival, and premium hospitality locations as directed by the UAA and hospitality team.
  • Provide proactive, high-touch service and create a welcoming experience for guests.
  • Safely navigate high-traffic pedestrian areas and changing game-day conditions.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to transportation requests while prioritizing guest safety.
  • Maintain awareness of surroundings, pedestrians, other vehicles, and designated driving routes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready golf cart throughout the shift.
  • Communicate clearly with Hospitality Managers and other game-day staff regarding guest transportation needs.
  • Assist with other game-day hospitality duties as needed.

  • Must possess a valid State Driver's License.
  • Must be able to work in the U.S. for any employer.

  • Prior golf cart, driving, hospitality, event, valet, or guest service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit and operate a golf cart for extended periods.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events.
  • Ability to safely enter and exit golf cart frequently through a shift.
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 40 pounds (e.g. event materials).
  • Ability to react quickly with good judgement to changing surroundings and pedestrian traffic.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and reach.
  • Manual dexterity to handle event materials.
  • Ability to work in varied environmental conditions, including outdoor spaces.
  • Good visual acuity and attention to detail.

Work Environment
  • Outdoor, game-day event environment.
  • Fast-paced conditions during live events.
  • Frequent interaction with premium guests, clients, vendors, and game-day staff.
  • High-volume pedestrian and vehicle traffic.
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and varying game-day schedules.
