Position Summary
Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking enthusiastic, service-oriented individuals to join our Golf Operations team as Golf Member Services Attendants. This highly visible, guest-facing role is responsible for creating an outstanding arrival and departure experience for golfers while supporting the daily operations of our golf facilities.
Golf Member Services Attendants assist guests with golf carts, equipment, bag handling, practice facilities, and course departures while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, interacting with people, and being part of a world-class golf operation.
This is a tipped position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner upon arrival and departure.
  • Assist with loading and unloading golf bags and equipment from vehicles.
  • Transport, tag, store, and retrieve golf bags in the bag room.
  • Prepare, clean, stage, and stock golf carts for daily play.
  • Store, charge, and maintain golf carts following use.
  • Clean clubs for members and guests as requested.
  • Support practice facility operations, including range maintenance and ball collection.
  • Assist with rental club distribution, cleaning, and storage.
  • Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and security of golf equipment and storage areas.
  • Assist with tournament operations, group outings, and special golf events.
  • Identify and report cart maintenance issues or damaged equipment.
  • Provide exceptional hospitality and service throughout the guest experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Golf Operations leadership.

Qualifications
Required
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and no moving violations within the past three years.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying Texas weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move golf bags and equipment.
  • Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as business demands require.

Preferred
  • Previous golf, hospitality, country club, or resort experience preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of golf operations and golf etiquette is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
