Job description

We are looking for individuals who have a flexible schedule and are available to work a minimum of 3 days per week, including weekends.
Successful candidates will possess a passion for the sporting life, with a guest first- service oriented demeanor, demonstrating a desire to provide a high level of guest service, always aiming to exceed expectations. We offer generous discounts on wine, food, and experiences.
Essential Duties:
  • Maintain a high level of guest service to our players and guests within the golf shop, perform retail services and complete the daily duties and responsibilities necessary for successful Golf Shop operations.
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, book T-Times and assure messages are passed on accurately and promptly.
  • Charge green fees, rental fees, merchandise purchases, and other related fees in an accurate manner.
  • Perform merchandise sales & restock, while maintaining golf shop appearance and cleanliness.
  • Close out register and tee time system and adhere to established opening/closing procedures.
