Experienced HVAC Service Technician – Fort Worth

Gold Collar Championship Team | Non‑PE | Real Path to Leadership & Ownership

Pay: $30–$40/hr to start, based on experience and capability 

If you’re an HVAC pro who’s actually good at this and tired of being treated like a disposable wrench, keep reading.

If you’re chasing +$1–$2/hr every 18–24 months and burning bridges, don’t apply. You won’t make it through our process.

The Role

We’re Fort Worth Heat & Air, part of Stoneburgh Management. We’re building a Gold Collar Championship Team, not a revolving door.

We need an experienced residential service technician who can be dropped into a van today and start running calls without hand‑holding.

You MUST have all of this:

  • 2+ years verified experience as a technician (time as a helper does not count) 
  • Led 30+ new system installs (you were the lead, not “helped once”) 
  • Run 1,000+ service calls
  • Clean enough background/MVR to be in homes daily 
  • Live within 20 minutes of downtown Fort Worth (for take‑home vehicle privilege)

If you don’t hit those numbers, this is not your seat.

What You’ll Do
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential systems with zero drama 
  • Run maintenance and service calls solo in a fully stocked van 
  • Present ethical repair vs. replace options using our scripts and tools 
  • Document jobs accurately in our apps so others don’t have to clean up after you 
  • Mentor less‑experienced techs as we grow (if you want the leadership path)
