Job description

Restaurant General Manager is the leader of the restaurant.  The head cheese (feta, goat or otherwise). Our GMs lead by example in all aspects of store management and create an environment where hospitality is the rule and not the exception. They know the business of our business, including relevant metrics and how to manage a P&L report, and their engine revs at the thought of executing company LTOs and other programs.

Snappy Salads opened in 2006 with the idea that you could order the exact salad you wanted, made in minutes, with quality ingredients, in cool surroundings. Every day, we create fantastic food that will make you feel good, or even better, after eating it. And that is why we use the term \life-changing salads.\ It's been our pleasure to grow to 14 restaurants across the DFW area helping guests discover satisfying every day.

Requirements:

Our Restaurant General Managers have the keys to the kingdom, and that's why we're looking for some very special candidates:

  • Ability/flexibility to work 45-55+ hours per week. 
  • Self-discipline and initiative 
  • A developer of team members to higher level positions in the restaurant
  • Dedication to providing exceptional hospitality and guest service 
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills 
  • Basic accounting skills and strong analytical and decision making skills 
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage, train and motivate a diverse employee group 
  • 3-5 years restaurant management experience
