Job description

Our client is a highly successful New York residential real estate business. Operating within a leading national real estate platform, the team combines the resources of a major organisation with the agility, culture and close knit environment of an independent business. Known for exceptional client service, operational excellence and long term relationship building, they continue to grow across sales, rentals, investments and new development.

We’re seeking a Transactions & Marketing Coordinator to sit at the center of the business, supporting approximately 20 agents and helping ensure transactions, listings, marketing activity and agent priorities progress smoothly. This is a highly visible role that offers the opportunity to influence systems, processes and business performance while working closely with senior leadership.

You’ll be responsible for

• Coordinating residential sales and rental transactions from offer acceptance through closing

• Managing listings, documentation, signatures and compliance requirements

• Coordinating photography, staging, advertising and property launches

• Delivering marketing campaigns across social media, email and direct mail

• Maintaining accurate data and workflows within HubSpot and Asana

• Supporting agent accountability, communication and performance

• Building relationships with attorneys, vendors, management companies and other stakeholders

You’ll need

• 2+ years of recent experience as a Transactions & Marketing Coordinator or similar real estate support professional

• Strong understanding of New York residential sales and rental transactions

• Experience supporting multiple agents and transactions simultaneously

• Experience using HubSpot, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace and Canva would be advantageous

• Excellent organisation, communication and prioritization skills

• A proactive and outcomes focused mindset

Location

Hybrid position, 4 days per week remote, every Wednesday in person at their Union Square office. Occasional evening and weekend communication may be required, along with attendance at 3 to 4 industry events each year.
