Description:

Housekeeping Team Members (“Haus’keepers”) play an essential role in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for all Gravity Haus members and guests. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas to Gravity Haus standards. This role focuses on learning proper techniques, meeting quality expectations, and building efficiency within established productivity guidelines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, replenishing linens and amenities, and ensuring overall room readiness.
  • Maintain cleanliness of hallways, common areas, and service spaces as assigned.
  • Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and guest concerns promptly to supervisors.
  • Follow established procedures for the safe use of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
  • Restock housekeeping carts daily and ensure supply closets remain clean and organized.
  • Uphold Gravity Haus’ values by providing friendly and professional service to guests and members when encountered during duties.

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–2 years housekeeping or related experience
  • Ability to follow cleaning standards and procedures and understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to follow
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.
  • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours).
  • Frequent bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, or push up to 30 lbs. regularly.
  • Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
