Rundoo is dedicated to building cutting-edge software that empowers building materials suppliers. They partner with local hardware stores and independent supply shops, offering them modern technology to replace outdated systems. With $18M in funding from investors like Bessemer and CRV, Rundoo is rapidly growing and transforming an overlooked industry.

As a Full-Stack Engineer, you'll make significant individual contributions to software used daily by clients. You'll leverage your expertise to improve team velocity, set and enforce engineering quality standards, and mentor teammates. Collaborating closely with product, design teams, and clients, you'll collectively define the products being built.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of software engineering experience and proficiency in Go, TypeScript, and React. Experience in a fast-paced startup environment and familiarity with construction or building materials are a plus.

The compensation range for this role is between $179K and $277K depending on experience and seniority.

Responsibilities
  • Make significant individual contributions that get used instantly & heavily by our clients
  • Leverage orthogonal expertise to introduce abstractions and systems that improve the team's velocity
  • Raise the bar for engineering quality by setting and enforcing standards
  • Mentor teammates to help them grow as architects & engineers
  • Work closely with product & design teammates and our clients to collectively define what we're building
Requirements

  • Give positive & constructive in-the-moment feedback to teammates
  • Excited to work at least a couple days a week in-person at Redwood City office
  • Worked as a software engineer for 3+ years
  • Written production software with at least 2 of Go, TypeScript, & React
  • Worked in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Familiarity with construction or building materials
