About the Role

Seeking an experienced Release Manager / Release Engineer to lead and coordinate the build and release lifecycle for the Client Foresight cloud-based web application. This role is responsible for ensuring successful software releases by working closely with Development, QA, Product, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders while supporting DevOps initiatives within an AWS cloud environment.

The ideal candidate has strong Release Management experience, hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, AWS cloud technologies, and enjoys working in a fast-paced Agile environment supporting multiple Scrum teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end software release activities across multiple Agile Scrum teams.
  • Monitor CI/CD pipelines to ensure successful builds and deployments.
  • Develop and maintain UAT and Production release plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate Go/No-Go meetings and release readiness activities.
  • Partner with QA, Development, Infrastructure, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Business stakeholders to resolve release issues.
  • Troubleshoot build failures and deployment issues.
  • Maintain release documentation and deployment records.
  • Conduct Scrum of Scrums meetings and manage release cadence.
  • Support DevOps initiatives and deployment automation.
  • Work with AWS cloud infrastructure and deployment services.
  • Drive continuous improvements to release quality, deployment reliability, and release timelines.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline with 10+ years of experience
    OR
  • Master's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience

Required Experience

  • 8+ years of Release Management or IT Delivery Management experience.
  • 6+ years working with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps technologies.
  • Experience managing enterprise software releases across multiple Agile teams.
  • Strong understanding of Release Governance, Change Management, and Production Deployments.
  • Experience facilitating Go/No-Go meetings and release planning.
  • Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects.
