Job description

Small Food Manufacturing company is looking to add a warehouse associate.

The ideal candidates will perform the following tasks:

-Receive Inbound shipment

-Check the inbound shipment with any open Purchase Order to make sure that the product ordered, and quantity ordered match.

-Keep up the shipping and receiving log

-prepare palletized outbound order following the pick ticket (pick, palletized, wrapped and have appropriate paperwork and pallet signs up and ready to go (pallet slip, do not stack sign, BoL etc)

-Pick and pack online orders and have the parcel ready for FedEx, UPS, USPS before their pickup time.

-Maintain the warehouse clean and organized

-Keeping up the pallet rack barcode system

-Using inventory software (fishbowl)

-Pulling ingredients and packaging from the warehouse to the production floor prior to the production date.

-Restocking the warehouse with the ingredients and packaging after a particular production is finished.

-Taking the garbage in the warehouse out.

Standup, double reach forklift experience is mandatory.

Must be familiar with technology and barcode scanning system.

Must understand Unit of Measure (lbs, kg etc)

Previous experience in food manufacturing is encouraged.
