Job Summary:
Re:Build Manufacturing is a growing family of industrial and engineering businesses combining enabling technologies and operational superiority. They are seeking a Go-To-Market Engineer to design, build, and maintain the technical systems that power Cadonix’s go-to-market operations across marketing, sales, sales development, and customer success.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain the systems behind lead routing, opportunity management, sales handoffs, forecasting, and post-sale workflows across the entire GTM funnel.
• Drive the strategic integration and automation of the go-to-market technology ecosystem, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, Clay, 6sense, Clari, and Gong. Build a cohesive system and evolve the stack as the business scales.
• Design and deploy AI-native automations that surface next-best actions, trigger timely follow-ups, enrich records, personalize outreach, and improve deal velocity.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, Business Technology, and Data teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Orchestrate multi-system enrichment, scoring, and segmentation workflows that improve data quality, enable deeper personalization, and power scalable engagement programs.
• Prototype, ship, and maintain LLM-powered tools and applications that solve real-world customer-facing and internal workflow problems.
• Build automations, reports, and dashboards that surface insights and enable data-driven decision-making for BDR, SDR, AE, Partner, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Develop documentation, runbooks, and enablement materials to support widespread GTM user adoption and expedite resolving challenges.
• Balance long-term scalability with short-term speed, shipping quickly while building systems that hold up as Cadonix grows.
• Identify gaps and edge cases across the funnel and proactively design systems that close them.
Qualifications:
Required:
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in GTM systems, revenue operations, marketing operations, sales engineering/architecture, or a software/product engineering role with significant multi-functional GTM exposure at a fast paced company.
• Demonstrated experience building or owning systems that support sales pipelines, post-sale processes, and customer lifecycle operations.
• Hands-on experience with the modern GTM tech stack referenced above and SQL.
Preferred:
• Experience prototyping or shipping LLM-powered workflows using the OpenAI API or similar AI platforms strongly preferred.
