Job description

This role sits within the Adobe Express Product Marketing Team and supports global marketing strategy and execution. From customer insights, to positioning and messaging, this role sits at a critical conjunction point across the product teams and our marketing organization. Working closely with product, engineering and go-to-market colleagues, you'll play a key role in ensuring our marketing strategies resonate and connect with customers. This role will help to lead the product evolution of Adobe Express globally.
What You'll Do
  • Define and articulate the multi-year vision including where we play, how we win, and how we differentiate.

  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new features and experiences - from concept validation through launch and scale.

  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for the Adobe Express Narrative including AI first product advancements for Adobe Express.

  • Lead feature naming for new features in partnership with the Global Marketing Organization.

  • Partner closely with Product and Design to develop roadmap priorities and ensure we are building experiences that solve meaningful customer workflows.

  • Develop audience segmentation and strategies grounded in customer deep insight through research.

  • Establish clear, compelling positioning and messaging that connects functional benefits to emotional drivers.

  • Set performance targets and partner with data science and analytics to measure impact and optimize outcomes.

  • Serve as the internal champion for our customers, influencing executives and cross-functional teams.

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • 10+ years of Product Marketing experience, including leading complex 1→N product launches.

  • Proven experience defining strategy for a distinct audience segment or growth business.

  • Deep understanding of customer segments, including cultural trends and digital behaviours.

  • Strong positioning and storytelling capabilities with the ability to translate product innovation into clear, differentiated value.

  • Experience driving monetization and growth strategies in scaled consumer or hybrid consumer/SaaS businesses.

  • Experience with execution across a global organization

  • People leadership experience a plus, with a track record of building high-performing teams.

  • Exceptional cross-functional influence and executive communication skills.

  • Open and eager to build AI adoption within your day-to-day work.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $145,400 -- $261,150 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $180,300 - $261,150In Washington, the pay range for this position is $165,600 - $239,725
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
