Required Skills:

  • Core Language & Runtime: Go (primary — agent, all cloud microservices, API shim), with secondary use of Python (Redfish event subscriber, BMC tooling) and JavaScript/TypeScript (tenant portal via Vite/React/Tailwind, k6 load tests). Developers need strong proficiency in Go concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels, context cancellation), gRPC/Protobuf (agent↔cloud streaming), and the Gin HTTP framework (Config Service REST APIs).
  • Infrastructure & Orchesttic: Deep familiarity with Kubernetes/K3s (CRDs, KServe InferenceService, DaemonSets, NetworkPolicies, Cilium CNI), Docker/OCI (multi-stage builds, container runtimes), Ansible (roles, Jinja2 templates, handlers), Terraform (AWS modules — VPC, EC2, Route53, security groups), and systemd service lifecycle management.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Security & Cryptography: Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault (PKI engines, Transit encryption, AppRole auth, policy authoring), mTLS/certificate lifecycle, WireGuard VPN, OpenSSH hardening (post-quantum KEX, PAM/TOTP integration), RBAC design (JWT claims, scope/role policies, tenant isolation), and Cosign/OCI artifact signing.
