The GTM marketing specialist supports go-to-market (GTM) marketing initiatives by coordinating campaign execution, industry events, sales enablement resources, and lead management activities. Partners with cross-functional teams to support marketing programs aligned to revenue goals, execute customer and sales communications, track campaign performance, and ensure effective project coordination across GTM initiatives. Contributes to pipeline growth through event management, campaign support, and operational execution that enhances sales and marketing effectiveness.
  • Support the execution of targeted marketing campaigns aligned to sales priorities and revenue initiatives
  • Support go-to-market activities for core solutions through campaign execution, messaging updates, and sales support initiatives
  • Own the coordination and logistics for Tier 2 and Tier 3 industry events, including booth planning, lead management, campaign coordination, and follow-up activities
  • Help maintain and organize sales enablement materials, presentations, messaging resources, and campaign assets
  • Support the development and deployment of email campaigns, customer communications, and sales outreach materials
  • Partner with GTM Marketing Manager on strategic marketing initiatives by assisting with execution, project coordination, research, and campaign support activities
  • Assist with reporting and tracking campaign engagement, event metrics, and pipeline support activities
  • Provide day-to-day support for broader GTM initiatives and cross-functional coordination efforts
  • Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and communication across GTM initiatives to support execution consistency
  • Support lead management and campaign tracking activities to help ensure accurate follow-up and pipeline visibility

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in related field and 2 years experience or HS/GED and 6 years for related experience
  • Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, events)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation platforms)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with data analysis and campaign performance tracking
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales and product teams
  • Background in payments, fintech, or SaaS industries

Must be 18 years of age or older
Compensation
The compensation range for this position is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
