Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise asset management and maintenance solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance, Asset Management, Maintenance Planning, Work Management, and SAP S/4HANA, with the ability to align maintenance processes with business objectives.

The Solution Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient maintenance solutions that improve asset reliability, reduce downtime, and optimize maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) solution architecture, design, and implementation projects.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP PM solutions.
  • Design and configure maintenance processes including preventive, corrective, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
  • Configure and support maintenance notifications, work orders, task lists, maintenance plans, and measuring points.
  • Design enterprise asset management (EAM) solutions to improve asset lifecycle management.
  • Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, and business process optimization initiatives.
  • Integrate SAP PM with SAP S/4HANA, MM, WM/EWM, PP, QM, and Finance modules.
  • Define asset hierarchy structures including functional locations and equipment master data.
  • Support reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and asset performance management initiatives.
  • Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for enhancements and integrations.
  • Lead data migration, testing, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
  • Provide architectural guidance for SAP Fiori applications and mobile maintenance solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintenance best practices.
