QC Line Technician | Port Washington, WIQuality Matters Here

Kleen Test Products (KTP), a leading contract manufacturer of household and personal care products, is looking for a QC Line Technician to help ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of products made for nationally recognized brands.

This is a hands-on role for individuals who enjoy being on the manufacturing floor, identifying quality issues before they become problems, and working closely with production teams to maintain high standards.

Candidates must be available for an in-person interview.

Shifts:
  • 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift Monday-Friday 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

What You'll Do
  • Perform in-process quality inspections on production lines
  • Verify product weights, measurements, labeling, coding, and appearance
  • Conduct testing using quality equipment such as pH meters, balances, and vacuum testers
  • Complete quality documentation accurately and on time
  • Identify and communicate quality concerns to production leadership
  • Ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and company specifications
  • Support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain product traceability and quality records

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to clearly document inspection results and communicate findings to team members
