Job description

Our client has a large storage / processing facility in southern NJ. Due to rapid growth, seeking a Production Supervisor to join the production staff. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Supervise, mentor and train employees in the processing and packaging of produce

  • Ensure working areas are safe in accordance with OSHA, SOP’s and GMP

  • Develop and track KPI’s

  • Provide various production reports to management and stakeholders

Position reports to Production Manager

Ideal candidates for Production Supervisor will possess the following:

  • Associates degree. Military veterans are highly encouraged to apply.

  • 6+ years experience in food production or high-volume processing environments

  • Knowledge of OSHA, food safety and GMP

Production working hours 6:30am-6:30pm, 7 days week (depending on season)—time is split with another Production Supervisor.

Salary up to $100k/yr (depending on experience). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, FSA, etc.


Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
