Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to join our expanding behavioral health team across HCA Florida Orange Park Medical Center and HCA Florida Memorial Hospital in the Jacksonville, Florida area. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys a diverse practice, combining inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, access to ECT, and academic involvement through GME resident teaching, all within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment at two respected HCA Florida facilities.

The position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive psychiatric care across multiple levels of treatment, work closely with experienced behavioral health professionals, help supervise and mentor Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, and teach within an established GME program. Physicians will enjoy a supportive practice setting with the resources needed to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

- Supervise and collaborate with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners

- Work alongside therapists, nursing staff, case managers, and other healthcare professionals

- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

- Participate in shared call coverage
