Finance & Insurance Manager - Jerry Seiner North Salt Lake GMC

We're looking for a full-time Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team and make a lasting impact in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. What You'll Do

As our F&I Manager, you'll guide customers through finance and insurance options, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive car-buying experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing retail, commercial, and fleet contracts with accuracy and efficiency

  • Submitting finance deals for approval within 24 hours and completing documentation within three business days

  • Building strong relationships with finance sources to expand customer options

  • Explaining leasing concepts, preparing contracts, and ensuring compliance with all requirements

  • Training sales staff on financing options to increase penetration and income goals

  • Maintaining complete and compliant insurance files and certifications
