Responsibilities
About the Role:
The VP, Servicing Platform Modernization is the end-to-end accountable executive for the modernization of the Servicing Platform. This leader owns strategy, architecture, delivery, adoption, and measurable business outcomes, translating modernization investment into enterprise and customer value.
The ideal candidate is a proven transformation executive who has led complex, multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs with full accountability for decisions, delivery, and results. This is not a developmental role; the successful candidate will bring modern product and architecture fluency, strong business acumen, executive presence, and near-term SVP readiness.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead the end-to-end modernization of the Servicing Platform, with accountability for strategy, execution, architecture evolution, adoption, and business outcomes.
  • Own complex, multi-year transformation programs, including investment, delivery, risk, governance, and value realization.
  • Partner across business, product, architecture, infrastructure, data, and cybersecurity leaders to align priorities, decisions, and execution.
  • Translate business strategy into a modernization roadmap and product capabilities customers and partners will adopt.
  • Communicate clearly with executive stakeholders, framing tradeoffs, risks, progress, and decisions in business terms
  • Build and lead a high-performing organization with strong judgment, high EQ, and the ability to operate effectively in complex, ambiguous environments.

Qualifications

  • Proven record leading enterprise-scale modernization and transformation programs with end-to-end accountability for strategy, execution, outcomes, and key decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate business value, investment rationale, and measurable outcomes-not just delivery execution.
  • Deep fluency in modern product, platform, and architecture practices; legacy-only backgrounds are insufficient.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills across business and technology.
  • Exceptional business acumen, sound judgment, and decision-making capability in complex, ambiguous environments.
  • Credibility to lead senior teams, navigate conflict effectively, and operate at an higher level
  • Proven AI skill and capabilities implementations
  • Availability to travel internationally for business purposes, potentially up to 20%

Experience
  • 7+ years implementing and supporting technology solutions in a leadership role required
  • 15+ years IT delivery experience; serving in roles such as administrator, developer, analyst, project manager, program manager Req, Platform Owner
  • Demonstrated record of leading complex, multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs end to end, with full accountability for investment, delivery, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience leading modern product, engineering, and platform organizations in complex enterprise environments.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant area of study or equivalent work experience required.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
