As the Solution Consulting Manager for EMEA at Feedzai, you will lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of Solution Consultants delivering our market-leading RiskOps platform to top Financial Institutions across the region. Acting as the ultimate go-to person and advocate for your team, you will focus on unblocking operational obstacles, driving rigorous enablement, and fostering self-sufficiency so each SC can excel. In addition to team leadership, you will act as a key strategic partner and counterpart to the EMEA General Manager and key regional stakeholders, helping shape go-to-market execution, driving deal strategy on critical opportunities, and ensuring optimal alignment between Sales, Product, Delivery, and Solutions Consulting.

Your Day to Day:

  • Team Leadership & Development: Direct, mentor, and lead the EMEA Solution Consulting team. Serve as their primary point of contact, supporting their daily needs, removing blockers, and fostering an environment of autonomy and continuous growth. 
  • Enablement & Empowerment: Ensure the team is continuously enabled on Feedzai's platform, value propositions, competitive positioning, and financial crime domain trends [cite: 1]. Drive best practices to ensure SCs operate as self-sufficient, trusted advisors
  • EMEA GM & Regional Partnering: Act as the direct counterpart and go-to SC partner for the EMEA General Manager, aligning Solution Consulting resources with regional revenue targets and strategic GTM initiatives 
  • Stakeholder & Deal Engagement: Actively engage with key internal and external stakeholders across major opportunities. Participate in high-impact executive interactions, deal reviews, and strategic pitches across the EMEA region.
  • Resource & Pipeline Management: Manage SC staffing and resource allocation across regional sales campaigns, RFPs, and customer engagements to ensure optimal coverage and flawless execution. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to convey regional market requirements, influence product roadmaps, and ensure smooth post-sale handoffs. 

You Have, You Know-how, You are:

  • Proven Leadership: 2+ years of experience managing, leading, or mentoring pre-sales / solution consulting professionals, with a strong passion for developing talent and building high-performing teams. 
  • Solution Consulting Expertise: 7+ years of total professional experience as a Solution Consultant / Pre-sales Engineer in enterprise B2B software, supporting quota carriers in complex, enterprise-level sales cycles. 
  • Domain Knowledge: Deep experience in the Financial Services industry, with specialized expertise in Financial Crime, Risk Management, or Fraud Prevention.
  • Executive Presence & Strategic Alignment: Proven ability to partner effectively with senior business leaders, including Regional GMs, VP of Sales, and C-level client executives. 
  • Enablement & Operational Mindset: Strong track record of establishing processes, unblocking operational barriers, and driving scalable enablement programs for technical sales teams. 
  • Growth-Stage & SaaS Experience: Background operating successfully within a fast-paced, growth-stage enterprise SaaS environment. 
  • Education: BS or Masters in Computer Science, STEM degree, or equivalent proven experience in Enterprise Software. 
  • Travel & Work Environment: Remote role with a willingness to travel across the EMEA region as required (up to 30%)
