ARSIEM is looking for a motivated Jr. Software Developer to support the exciting Geolocation and Data Integration. The developer will work closely with mission stakeholders to create innovative applications, analytics, and deploy solutions to customer supported tools to automate and enable data and metadata analysis. This position will support one of our government clients in Fort Meade, MD.
Responsibilities
  • Work in a variety of environments to develop analytics based on data from multiple cyber sources, as well as classic SIGINT via data tagging.
  • Creatively leverage disparate data to fill knowledge gaps in user activities, collection efforts, and technology discovery.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree plus 2-years of relevant experience or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with object-oriented languages (JAVA and Python) and experience with PySpark, ETL, Pig, MapReduce, JSON, BSON, and Hadoop.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of customer corporate tools, GM, and data repositories.
$103,000 - $115,000 a year
The ARSIEM pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) job responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other laws.
