Job Description
A Filling Line Personnel is responsible for loading containers on the fill line conveyor, observe that containers are filled correctly, install caps and lids when applicable, apply proper labels, fill box with finished containers, stack boxes on pallets.
Responsibilities
  • Observes and follows safety procedures and SOP’s set by the company
  • Load Proper Containers on fill line per work order.
  • Observe that Container is filled to designated amount.
  • Install caps and lids when applicable
  • Apply proper labels
  • Fill shipping boxes with finished containers
  • Clean all equipment, tanks, and vessels as needed
  • Refers all issues to the lead/supervisor
Requirements
  • Capable of lifting boxes up to 50 pounds with the average being 35 pounds on a daily basis
  • Turning, bending and standing 90% of working hours per day
  • Must work well with others in a total team environment
  • Adheres to all company health and safety policies and protocols while working
  • Follows the company attendance policy on a daily basis
  • Capable of operating forklifts and pallet jacks. Tow motor certification a plus
  • Follows specific instructions and general guidance from Fill Line supervisor
  • Must have mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
