Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Die Cutter Operator to join our manufacturing team in Peachtree City, GA. The ideal candidate will have strong offline die cutting experience within the folding carton industry and the ability to perform complex make-readies, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure high-quality production output. Safety, quality, and efficiency are core to this role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate offline die cutting machines, including models with blanking capability
  • Perform a variety of make-readies and machine setups
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve defects during production
  • Make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Monitor machine operations and maintain production standards

Required Qualifications
