This is a hands-on leadership development opportunity focused on coaching, operational excellence, accountability, and building strong teams within a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
Whether you already have leadership experience or are an emerging leader ready for the next step, this program is built to help you develop the operational, leadership, and people skills needed to grow into a Restaurant Manager or Director-level role over time.
This is not a "sit back and watch" program - it is an active, fast-paced development track where you will work alongside experienced leaders, receive one-on-one mentorship, and gradually take on increasing leadership responsibility as you grow.
Pay: Up to $22.50/hr, depending on experience and availability
