Role Overview:
Could you be our next Worksite Trainer? Globe Life is looking for a Worksite Trainer to join the team!
This role is responsible for training and implementing company systems across all field agencies, while cultivating agent skills and knowledge to support the company's growth and bottom line.
This is a remote/work-from-home position.
What You Will Do:
  • Communicate with Home Office Directors and Field Personnel to determine training needs, schedule sessions, and conduct meetings, webinars, and individual training.
  • Travel Sunday through Thursday each week.
  • Book all travel and manage a company card and associated expenses.
  • Implement effective training systems and prepare educational materials such as PowerPoints and videos.
  • Oversee growth, training, and implementation of company initiatives for an entire assigned region.
  • Support, mentor, and monitor Field Supervisors, Field Directors, and the broader field force, evaluating performance and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Maintain open communication with the Field Force and Office Management to provide ongoing assistance.
  • Complete all weekly field reports accurately and on time.

What You Can Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience.
  • Sales experience within Liberty National, including proven use of Worksite Systems.
  • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies, tools, and willingness to embrace new corporate training approaches.
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook); Salesforce (EPIC) familiarity is an asset.
  • Executive-level communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to implement all Liberty National systems effectively and independently, adapting as needed to drive results in the field.
